Project

WHAT ?

Create an ecological and profitable agroforestal business for the community, for us and for potential investors, under the umbrella of the Department of Environmental and Natural Resources(DERN) of the Phillippines.

D´Agri Project is an agroforestal project developed in the Phillipines in a joint venture by MariaLuuill D. Daquilos, the Department of Environmental and Natural Resources (DENR) and a farming Association that what it wants is to produce income and development for local communities, entrepreuneurs and national and foreing investors, and, under the supervision of the DENR it`s goal is to recover lands for forestry and agriculture, bring wealth to the region and at the same time create an incredible business in the region and bring huge profit both to entrepreuneurs and investors.

WHY ?

It´s because we want to have an active role in our community and create wealth to help the region while simultaneously help the rural area to recover Forest and Trees in an ecological manner.

WHERE ?

In a land that covers several municipalities in the province of Negros Occidental, in the Phillippines.

HOW ?

Plant 2.000.000 Agarwood Trees. Plant 600.000 Avocado trees. Plant Peanut by intercropping hundreds of hectares. Plant Cacao. Raise hundreds of Livestock. All in an efficient and profitable manner.

Imagine you are a group of farmers and you have more than 3.000 hectares to plant an incredibly valued tree, Agarwood, which can be harvested in 8 years at least and where you can also plant Avocado, and Cacao and have also livestock and Peanuts for the short term. You only need some funding and good and expert leadership, (Dagri leads the project), AND YOU ARE READY TO MAKE MILLIONS !! We are going to plant and sell the wood and oil of 2.000.000 Agarwood trees and the fruit of 600.000 Avocado trees plus hectares and hectares of Peanuts and hectares and hectares of livestock ! That`s how we are going to do it.

Structure and Project Organization : We not only have a concession of 3.000 hectares for 25 years (renewable) but the how we develop the project also depends on how strong and organized the structure of the project is. In our case we have a three party joint venture around the 3.000 hectareas. Having Maria Luuill D. Daquilos as Chief Executive Officer of D´Agri, having a farmer asociation, SONFOPA, as the labour force and also participating in the profit share and lastly and very important the Department of Environmental and Natural Resources from the Government of The Phillippines as supervisor and guarantee of the quality of the outcome of the plantation of Agarwood as well as the institution in charge of granting permits and overall surveillance of the quality and viability of the project.

And very important for the How is also the fact that we have all the permits and agreements neccessary for such an ambitious endeavour, making every move and action totally respectful with the laws and regulations of the country giving this way assurance and safety to local and foreign investors.
